FOR WHICH PURPOSES DOES FRACGEO PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?


“Personal Data” means any information you provide through the Website to register and gain access to FRACGEO cloud solutions. Your name, your current employer and your professional email address are used to identify you or other persons. Personal email addresses are not accepted and do not grant access to the Website. The professional email address must confirm current employment with an Exploration & Production company involved in the development of unconventional reservoirs.

On this Website we process Personal Data as follows:

(A) Personal Data We Process When You Fill our Subscription Form and Use Our Website


Personal Data That We Process: Your name, your company name, your professional email address that you enter in the subscription form as well as the type of your browser, device information, IP address and other information that are processed to provide you access to FRACGEO cloud solutions and proprietary technologies. Once FRACGEO confirms through your Personal Data that you are currently employed by an Exploration & Production company involved in the development of unconventional reservoirs, you will be granted access to the Website and will be able, after purchasing the appropriate subscription, to upload your own data and download any data created by the Website.

Storage Period: Personal Data are kept by FRACGEO for a period of one year. You can access your uploaded data and the generated Website results with a valid subscription. Results generated by the Website cannot be viewed, accessed or downloaded without a valid subscription. If you do not delete your uploaded data and all the results generated by the Website, FRACGEO will automatically delete them after one (1) year.

(B) Personal Data We Process When You Contact Us


Personal Data That We Process: Name, email address, organization, phone number, country, information about your request and any other information that you provide to us, as well as payment information.

Purpose: We process your Personal Data to respond to your contact inquiries and to provide you with services you have requested and/or customer support and communicate with you about our products or services that may be of interest to you.

Storage Period: We consider your subscription status to determine how long we keep Personal Data connected with customers. Once your subscription is expired and you have not used our services for one (1) year, we will securely destroy it in accordance with our standards and applicable laws and regulations.

(C) Additional Personal Data We Process


Personal Data That We Process: Additional information obtained from third parties in connection with the above processing; information provided at trade shows or conferences.

Purpose: We process your Personal Data to respond to your contact inquiries, and to provide you with services you have requested and/or customer support, and communicate with you about our products or services that may be of interest to you.

Storage Period: We consider your subscription status to determine how long we keep Personal Data connected with customers. Once your subscription is expired and you have not used our services for one (1) year, we will securely destroy it in accordance with our standards and applicable laws and regulations

FracGeo will only disclose your Personal Data as described in this Privacy Policy. We do not disclose your Personal Data to any third party and use it only to contact you, provide you with requested services, and/or for administrative purposes. We do not sell your Personal Data to third parties.

Age Restriction

FracGeo understands the importance of protecting children’s privacy in the interactive online world. However, the website is not designed for, or intentionally targeted at, children of 13 years of age or younger. We do not therefore knowingly collect or maintain personal data relating to children of 13 years of age or younger.
